Cancellation Policy

  • At Bijou Beauti Waxing & Skin, we understand schedules can change and unforeseen circumstances can arise that may result with you needing to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, we require 24 hours notice in advance for changes to be made. This allows us to manage our schedule effectively and offer the time slot to another client in need

  • All deposits are non-refundable and may only be transferred to another day if we are contacted regarding requested change 24 hours or before appointment time. [No Exceptions]

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests with less than 24 hours notice will result in forfeiture of deposit. [No Exceptions]

  • Appointments that are no showed or canceled within 2 hours of scheduled appointment time will be charged 100% of the appointment cost. Meaning the remaining 50% balance that was left after paying your initial deposit will be automatically charged to your card on file. [No Exceptions]

  • Your appointment will be canceled and deposit forfeited if you are more than 10 minutes late. [No Exceptions]

  • If your appointment time has started and you do not show up for any reason and we have not heard from you until we contacted you, that will be considered a no call/no show and will be charged 100%. [No Exceptions]

  • First time client no call/no shows will be blocked from booking future appointments. [No Exceptions]

Cell Phone Policy

  • Please silence your phone while receiving any facial treatment, so that you may receive the full relaxation benefits of your visit.
